How does Ordering work?
It is important to know that all items are CUSTOM MADE, which means your order is made for you! You are welcome to mention any measurement notes in your order notes while making your purchase. 
When you place your order, materials are immediately ordered, and once they arrive, your order will be in production. You will be notified once it’s on the way. Production time varies between items. Some materials can take up to 2 weeks to get to the production facility so please be patient.

Do you take custom requests?
I do! But only when I have the availability for them. This includes Robes, intimates, and loungewear. If it is a consistent request then it will most likely become a collection and available for pre-orders!

How does Pre-ordering work?
When select items sell out, an option for pre-ordering may become available. When you pre-order, your order is collected and made to order. Depending on the item depends on how long the production will take. Please visit the PREORDER page for more info

How long does production take?
Reminder that there is only a single person working on your orders! It will take time! Full Robes: up to 2 weeks, Mini robes: up to 2 weeks, other clothing: up to 1 week.

How long will shipping take?
Your order will be mass shipped with other orders on Shipment Day. I take trips to the post office twice a month and ship out multiple orders. You will get an email once your order is complete and then you will get an email once it has been shipped out along with the tracking order. I also track each order and will be notify when orders have been delivered. Orders within the US can take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Orders outside the US can take 7-21 days to be delivered.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I can only accept returns/exchanges that are reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and that are of my fault such as wrong size sent, damaged items, wrong color ((if in stock)) etc, only on unworn products. Bottoms are shipped with a sanitary sticker, I will not take any returns/exchanges sent back without the sticker. If you have any issues with your order you must contact me within the 48 hours of delivery. I will not accept any product that was worn. 
Due to high demand, limited stock, and made to order policies, I do not accept returns or exchanges outside of the rule above.

Do you allow cancellations?
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please feel free to email me about your cancellation.
