PRE-ORDER Robes

Character themed robes up for PRE-ORDER 

PREORDER PROCESS
*Pre-orders opening window*
Pre-ordering is available for a limited time. So make sure you place your order within this time frame. Preordering for certain robes and products may not return unless heavily requested. Some pre-order periods last longer than others.  Once the pre order window closes all materials for orders are placed and production process begins. ALL feathers are custom DYED and can take up to 2 weeks to be completed and ready to ship to production center. Estimated time: 2weeks - 4weeks

*Processing orders*
Pre-ordering window is now closed, materials have been ordered and have been delivered to processing center. Orders will begin being made, only by a single person, so this will take more time. Depending on details of the items you ordered will depend on the time of production, ei; the more rhinestones your robe has the more time it will take to complete your order. Estimated time: 2weeks-8weeks

*Order Cleanup/catchup*
Certain orders will have to sit in queue depending on the order. If you have ordered multiple items then your items will be SHIPPED together. All robes are made in either groups or pairs of two. If one robe is completed, then it will wait until the other similar robes are completed ei; If there are 3 of the same robes ordered then all 3 will be completed together and shipped. All robes are cleaned, steamed, and softened before shipping.Estimated time: varies, may add an additional 2 or 3 weeks

*Shipping Orders*
All orders will be provided with tracking numbers. Packages will be shipping in carrier bags and boxes. Orders will be vacuum sealed for protection and freshness. At this time you should be provided with an estimate time of shipment and when you will receive your goodies! You can check for your batch order on the website or check the business Instagram for your order update! I love documenting robe production and if you would like more personal communications regarding your order please feel free to message us on Instagram with your order number! *All Orders SHIPPED*
Once all orders are shipped the preorder batch will be completed and another round of preorders will open. Make sure to check your email for shipping updates and tracking. I will be actively tracking orders and will send immediate notification once I see it has been delivered. Robes will be provided with car instructions and will need immediate care upon delivery. Robes must be removed from packaging and hung or steamed to remove packaging wrinkles.
